Strypes Technical Software (“Strypes”), as the party responsible within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act, collects the personal data provided by you (“Personal Data”) and uses it to help you get in touch with Strypes. Strypes Technical Software has its headquarters office at Travessa da Trindade, 16 2D, 1200 Lisbon and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 514496568.

Strypes strives to process and manage Personal Data that you leave behind during a visit to the Strypes website in such a way that your privacy is protected and guaranteed.

• Strypes does not process any special personal data as stated in the AVG.

For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?

Strypes uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Business agreements with customers or partners: Strypes works very regularly with sensitive information within projects, with products and management. In doing so, we apply integral project management. If you are a customer or partner of Strypes, we use your details to maintain contact with you. Your details are in our CRM system.
• Applications: You can also leave your details on our website using an (application) form. We will use this information to contact you.
• Dealing with your questions or requests.

How do we secure your data?

• Strypes will process your Personal Data in a proper and careful manner and in accordance with the law.
• Strypes asks you to enter a valid email address and telephone number in the contact details. It is not compulsory to fill in other details or to attach files.
• Strypes applies technical and organisational measures to secure your personal data. These measures are part of our information security management system.

Strypes will not pass on your details to third parties, unless required by law or unless you have given your explicit consent. In the event of (sub)processing of personal data, a processing agreement will be concluded with that party.

How long we retain personal data

Strypes does not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website. Strypes uses cookies with a purely technical or analytical functionality. Strypes uses cookies to analyse page visits on our website. We do not use this data on an individual personal or computer level and cannot be traced back to individuals.

View, modify or delete data

As a customer, partner or other relation of Strypes, you can request by sending an email to info@strypes.pt which personal data of yours has been registered with us and for which purpose those data will be used. Of course, you can always have your personal data changed or deleted.
